Looking through receipts we've received in the past, it looks like Border Angels, the Young Center, Higher Heights, and RAINN were definitely accepting PayPal last year. It's possible that some of them have changed how they accept donations, though, and some of these are new since last year, so you might want to check the websites of the ones you're interested in. But it seems very likely that at least a few do!
